The First Installment of Tripleseat Helpful Tips

I thought I start my helpful tips with Leads. Did you know you can “turn down” a lead without deleting or converting it into a booking or contact. This is great for leads that you don’t want to delete but you don’t want to convert them either.

Next up is how to swap the lead Contact on an event that has multiple Contacts. Swapping lead Contacts is super easy watch the video to see how you do it.

One more just for fun. This tip is how to use Tripleseat to send TASKS directly to your Contacts via Tripleseat. This is one of my favorite features of Tripleseat and it will save you a ton of time and improve your communication between you and your client.

  • If you turn down a lead, is the guest notified?

  • I don’t understand why you would want to turn down a lead without converting it.

I honestly don’t know why we would wan to turn down a lead without converting it into a contact.

If I do not have space for them I would still want their contact info so I can send them emails as well as goody packages when we send those out.
